Beach Life

I've been busy moving, which has slowed down my blogging efforts. Last week as we were moving H's stuff, someone came into her apartment and stole my brand new 12" powerbook. The bag it was in had my iPod, and all sorts of other geeky goodies. Its been tough to cope. Our new place has been gorgeous, but there is no internet connection or TV. Only a couple more days of living like that. I hope when I have access to TV and internet, I still do things like we did last night. H's first day of school was yesterday, so we took a couple chairs down to the bay, sat in the sand, and talked. Then we pedalled our bikes around the bay, cut across to the boardwalk at Mission Beach, then cruised to a nice dinner. Life at the beach is really nice. It feels like we live in a vacation home. It hasn't quite settled in that I get to stay there all year. a note about the pictures on the blog clicking on them takes you into flickr, which is where I've been entering the info. The title of my photos end up being the date, and the time the picture was taken. sorry I'm too lazy to double describe them. They go up automatically from my phone straight to both places.
