Season's Greetings

Heather teaches at a school where they've been teaching the kids "cultural sensitivity." Not everyone celebrates Christmas, you know. For weeks, they've been studying Kwanza, and Chanukah, Christmas and Ramadon, and as we talked about politically correctness and saying Season's Greetings and Holiday Party instead of Christmas party we came up with a better, more efficient way of wishing everyone well this holiday season. Merry Kwanza-kuh-mas-adon, everyone! I'm spending this fine day in the kwanzakumasadon season working on iDVDs to share with my family and Heathers over the holidays. It's been fun. I have a 19" monitor plugged into the PC I'm using to type this, but it also plugs into the 15" powerbook that's on my left. Since the monitor takes two cables, I've been happily working between dual screen mac and pc, laptop and desktop with my Nano shuffling files between the two. It's turning out well, too. I've borrowed a video camera that has some good action video of the area around our new place, and plenty of bad bumpy footage of me riding the bay on a bike. It's fun putting them all together into a kwanzakumasadon present. I haven't made anything in a while and am really enjoying this. Heather thinks I'm a nut, staying up til one, then getting up early and going back to it. what can I say? it's fun.
