27" Powerbook + Nano

It happened August 30th, and I'm only able to talk about it now. I know that sounds overly dramatic, but being robbed is like pimpin'. It ain't easy. There were three cars full of people helping Heather move. I was actually driving my buddy's truck, and had left my laptop bag in her apartment while we made our first trip down to Crown Point. When I came back, I went to her roommate's bedroom where I had left it and sure enough it was gone. I'm realizing I've already blogged a little about this so I'll move on. I'm trying my best. The loss of my iPod, iPimp, was tough, too. I coped well enough with iPod withdrawal, but like Big Daddy Kane says, it ain't easy. When the new nano came out, I decided to console my loss and move from a big 40 gig to a little 4 gig. I got it in the mail this morning. It is unbelievably small. I got the black one with the word speakeasy on it. listening to it right now. Also in the mail yesterday was my new 15" powerbook. I'm transferring my data onto it as i blog. (So glad I made a disc image of everything in July.) it's painful to pay for two laptops in two months. If I pay for a 12" and a 15" isn't it the same as buying a 27" powerbook? I think I'm the first kid on the block to have one of those.
